Cancellation & Refund Policy

At OneStepNaturals, customer satisfaction is important to us. We ensure that our herbal and natural products are carefully packed and delivered. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via email or customer support with your order number.


Returns Policy

Due to the nature of herbal, Ayurvedic, and consumable products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Product missing from the order


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear images or videos of:

    • The product

    • The outer packaging

    • The invoice (if available)

Requests without proper proof may not be eligible for approval.


Refund Policy

  • Once your claim is verified and approved, a refund or replacement will be initiated.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.

  • The refund process may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Product opened or used

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Incorrect usage or storage of the product

  • Delays caused by courier partners beyond our control


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • In case of approved refunds due to our error, shipping charges may be waived at our discretion.
